Privacy
Short version: I don't sell your data. I don't share it with marketers. I use what you give me to do my job — that's it.
Text messaging, up front: no mobile information is sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Anyone receiving texts can reply STOP at any time to stop them.
The live demo: nothing you type into the demo on the home page is saved, recorded, or sent anywhere. The whole demo runs on your phone or computer's screen — your name and number never leave your device.
What I collect when you contact me
When you contact Valdes Systems directly — by text, phone call, or email — I receive and keep:
- Your name — so I know who I'm talking to
- Your phone number — so I can text or call you back
- The content of your message — so I can actually answer what you asked
I keep these so I can reply and follow up with you. Nothing more. If you book a call through Cal.com instead, that platform collects your name and email so it can send the calendar invite.
If you become a client, I'll also have your business contact info, billing details, and the configuration of the system I build for you. That's it.
What I do with it
- I use your name, number, and message to reply to you and follow up
- I use your business info to build, run, and maintain your system if you sign up
- I do NOT sell your contact info, share it with marketing partners, or add you to any third-party newsletter list
Text messaging and your phone number
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers, text message content, and SMS opt-in data are never sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
The only companies that ever touch this information are the ones needed to physically send a text — the messaging provider and the phone carriers. They act on my instructions and can't use your number for their own marketing.
What a client's system collects when it's running
Once a client's missed-call text-back is live, the automated system stores exactly two things:
- The caller's phone number — needed to send the text back
- The ring status — whether the call was answered or missed, which is what decides if a text goes out at all
That is the entire list. Nothing else about the call is recorded.
What the automated system never touches
- Message content is not read or stored by the automated system — when your customer replies, it goes straight to the business owner's phone like a normal text
- Call audio and voicemail recordings are never accessed or kept
- Your customers' conversations stay between you and them
How to opt out of texts
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. You're removed immediately and permanently — no further automated texts. Replying START opts you back in, and HELP returns contact info. This is enforced at the carrier level, so it works automatically whether or not I'm involved.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Third-party tools
I use a few tools to run this business. They each have their own privacy policies:
- Cal.com for booking calls (their privacy policy applies to calendar info)
- Stripe for payments if you become a client (industry-standard payment processor)
- Cloudflare to host this website (basic web analytics — page views, country, no personal data)
